Srivi Ramasubramanian is the executive director for the Media Rise Festival, which brings together media professionals, educators, activists and youth leaders committed to meaningful media for social good from Sept 23-27, 2013 in Washington D.C. She is also an associate professor of communication at Texas A&M University where she teaches about cultural diversity and positive media psychology.
