Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle, Washington. Wakefield is also founder of The Legacy Project, HVTN¹s program to increase racial and ethnic population involvement in trials. Wakefield currently serves on the AIDS Vaccine Advocacy Coalition (AVAC) Board.
