Steve Frank is a native Texan who attended the University of Texas at Austin for his undergraduate degree in Classics and his JD in law. He also attended Columbia University on a Woodrow Wilson Fellowship studying classical literature and languages. For the past 30 years, he has been an appellate lawyer in Washington, D.C. His writings have appeared in the Washington Post, the Chicago Tribune, the Jerusalem Post, and the Times of Israel, among other places.
