Taifha Natalee Baker is a third-year law student at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. where she focuses her legal studies on diversity, inclusion and equity in higher education. Her passion for building coalitions and appreciation for diversity among students stems from the racial and ethnic diversity within her own Jamaican-Cuban-Indigenous American-German-Irish family. She hopes to inspire others to challenge their stereotypes and biases in her scholarship and throughout her career.
