Takahiro Tsuda is a Financial Sector Expert in the Debt and Capital Markets Instruments Division of the IMF’s Monetary and Capital Markets Department. He works on sovereign debt market analysis and debt management policy issues, and contributed to a series of Global Financial Stability Reports. Prior to joining the IMF, he worked at the Japanese Ministry of Finance.
