Tinesha is a consumer-marketing executive with a strong reputation for leveraging the best-in-class consumer research techniques to identify powerful insights. With more than 15 years of experience, Tinesha is an expert at analyzing and synthesizing data that fuels strategy development for both traditional and digital research methods.

She has worked for top consumer-goods companies such as General Mills, Kraft and PepsiCo, where she contributed to the success of the world’s greatest brands like Oscar Mayer, Tropicana, Cheerios and more. With a long history of connecting and motivating women through effective marketing, Tinesha brings clarity and understanding to the many issues that marketers struggle to understand when targeting the female consumer.

Tinesha’s consulting experience includes significant engagement with a broad array of businesses, from hospitality to wine. Most recently, Tinesha served as vice president and director of Customer Intelligence at Draftfcb in Chicago, one of the world’s largest communications agency networks. In this position, she managed data interpretation, analytics and research used to drive retail and marketing strategy and tactics for global and domestic B2C clients.

She is a dedicated professional whose primary motivation is developing strategies that have an impact, in particular, on women consumers. Her colleagues describe her as a natural problem solver with the ability to quickly consolidate information into business driving insights and strategies. She’s seen as a dedicated coach and mentor who works closely with colleagues to exceed goals. Tinesha is also a lifetime member of the National Black MBA Association.

A native of the Midwest, Tinesha received her bachelor's degree from Florida A&M University and earned her MBA with a marketing concentration from Penn State University. She also served on the Board of the Marketing Research Program at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, School of Business. In her free time, Tinesha volunteers with Chicago Cares and Taproot Foundation.
