Project Officer, Transparency International’s Defense and Security Program

Tobias Bock is a Project Officer with Transparency International’s Defence and Security Programme. The TI Defence and Security Programme works to empower civil society, governments, and the private sector to reduce corruption in international arms transfers and in defence and security establishments. Tobias works on anti-corruption in arms export controls and is the point person for TI's efforts to ensure strong anti-corruption provisions in a robust UN Arms Trade Treaty (ATT).

Tobias previously worked for Haus Rissen in Hamburg, where the the focus of his work, including lectures, publications and research, was on security policy, U.S. domestic and foreign policy as well as transatlantic relations and where he designed, planned, and conducted seminars for officers and non-commissioned officers of the German Armed Forces.
