It is only fear that allows you to keep making excuses for why you might not look, every day, into what is going right and what's gone wrong in your life. Until you choose to be brave in your decisions and fearless with your self, you will have a hard time facing your need to be truthful and vigilant... which is what a quality life requires of you.

Getting Over Your Self does not come in a formula, so if you are here to avoid doing any work, you're in the wrong isle... may I suggest romance novels. How dare I talk to you like that? Get Over Your Self and recognize when you are blaming others for what is happening inside of you.

Like everything else, working on yourself is only an opportunity. You can either let it pass you by, or work on clarifying your decision making processes to bring you closer to discovering the best in you... which is living with your truth specifically not following anyone else's truth because it just doesn't work to live someone else's life, no matter how hard you pretend or how comfortable you try to make it. Last Warning: Look at the end result of your decisions before you make them. Embrace the quality of your own life's decisions. It will work better for you than the alternative.

And that is why it is important that you discover what it means, and why there is value in, Getting Over Your Self. It is your choice to be Honest (truthful), use Foresight (have consideration), and be Brave (show integrity) so you can discover how to create the kind of life you and everyone around you can live with... which is why this blog is in single page chapters... to cut down on the rhetoric, which means a better (faster) experience for you. However, some of the chapters you will like and others you will not. Just so you know, this is not a workbook for you to follow in hopes of finding your "stuff" or fixing your "shit." It is just a wake up call with tools listed in alphabetical order... the rest is up to you... and it really is up to you to find out what is keeping you from discovering the truth/your truth.
