CNN is reporting Webb is up 1,141,000 to 1,138,000. If McCaskill and Ford lose and Tester wins, the Senate could come down to Virginia. A race that's down to a couple thousand votes in southeastern Virginia.
UPDATE: Legally, if the vote is within a margin of 23,000 -- which it clearly is -- either side can call for a recount. However, if the margin remains in Webb's favor, do you really believe Allen will call for a recount which could further expose some of his campaign's electoral foul play? Just sayin'.
UPDATE 12:10AM: Webb up 1,143,000 to Allen's 1,140,000. Just checked CNN's Senate tracker and both McCaskill and Ford are still very close. Note all the counties in white yet to report.
