"It's 3AM and your children are safe and asleep, but there's a phone...and it's ringing."

Someone answers and hears a screaming voice: "NOT SO FAST BARACK OBAMA!!!"

"Something is happening in the world"

It sure didn't happen for Obama on Tuesday. Hillary Clinton did so well that we're expecting Mark Penn to hold a conference call to announce that he and only he controlled every single aspect of the campaign.

As for those" children" they are the Obama supporters who cried themselves to sleep last night. Now they'll have to see whether they can still get reservations at Panama City or Cancun, or if they'll have to sleep on the beach now that their election party is over.

Let's face it, Pennsylvania is not one of the most popular Spring Break destinations, but it sure will be where we'll find Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama the next several weeks.

For the press traveling with her it's a rare chance to become familiar with the Keystone State's many urinals.

Anyone who thought journalism was a proud profession has had that illusion, uh, flushed away after Clinton campaign staffers set up a media room in the men's toilet. It's hard to prove whether they were sending a message but it certainly was effective, intentional or not.

Even if it pisses off the reporters (sorry, couldn't resist), it doesn't matter. What Hillary and her strategists know full well, is that most voters get a big kick out of the scumbag reporters getting their come-uppance. They also respond favorably to the complaints that she has been victimized by unfair one-sided coverage. That probably translated into a lot of votes.

Not only that but it looks like the intimidation might be working. Barack Obama has been startled to suddenly discover the members of his media fan club could actually ask feisty questions. If this keeps up, Obama may try and outdo Clinton and make everyone use the same Porta John as a filing center.

The fun and games are a long way from over. At least for the Democrats. Now that John McCain has sewed things up on the Republican side, all he has to do for awhile is grovel for the conservatives, as he tries to unite his party.

The Democrats will be slugging it out. They'll worry about uniting later. If that's still possible.
