This analogy is the result of a dark beer with a good friend..

Me (B): Imagine I had an appleN: OKB: What sort of apples do you like? N: Green, always greenB: Imagine I had a lovely, ripe green apple and I wanted to sell it to you. How much would you buy it for? N: £1B: That's keen, I should start selling you apples. Anyway, now imagine I took a tiny little bite out of that lovely ripe green apple. How much would you buy it from me now? N: 10 pence, at bestB: But I've only taken a tiny bite - I've barely bit through to the sweet partN: It doesn't matter, it's ruined now

B: A bit like Greece, or any nation, leaving or reforming the Eurozone. Once the ripe, whole image of what seems right is compromised it is entirely ruined. But I'm not sure whether the Euro ever was than ripe of an apple.
