The IDEA World Fitness Convention is an inspirational, albeit overwhelming, weekend full of fitness classes and health and nutritional information. The jam-packed schedule is making us sweat just looking at it, and between cardio boot camp, booty-blasting, and barre classes, you'll need some fuel to keep you going.

There's no shortage of healthy options in DTLA, but all those choices can be overwhelming. Who wants to try eight different salad places to figure out which one is the best?
