The IDEA World Fitness Convention is an inspirational, albeit overwhelming, weekend full of fitness classes and health and nutritional information. The jam-packed schedule is making us sweat just looking at it, and between cardio boot camp, booty-blasting, and barre classes, you'll need some fuel to keep you going.

There's no shortage of healthy options in DTLA, but all those choices can be overwhelming. Who wants to try eight different salad places to figure out which one is the best? Whether you're coming from another state (or country!) or just another neighborhood of LA, don't fret, because we took on the challenge of figuring out your food, so all you have to focus on is impressing the hottie next to you in your TRX class.

At whatsGOOD, we scoured our database of 417,000 restaurants and filtered through 31,000,000 dishes to round up the best grub in the area worth checking out.
