My big bet for 2011 is NFC (Near-Field Contactless) payments capability integrated into Mobile, but the impact of social media can't be underestimated.

Hey Brett, if you think Near Field Contactless payments are going to be the big thing in 2011, I guess gone are the days when consumers can cut up their credit cards to stop spending. If your iPhone becomes your credit card, there's a very slim chance somebody's going to cut that up.
