Las Vegas, Nevada, hosted by CNN and Facebook.

3. Who's moderating?
Anderson Cooper, with Dana Bash and Juan Carlos Lopez also asking questions.

Bernie Sanders, Hillary Clinton, Martin O'Malley, Jim Webb and Lincoln Chafee.

5. What about Joe Biden?
He was invited, but sources say he's not likely to participate.
