The Gay Yellow Pages (VIDEO)

Tired of your phone directory oppressively assuming that you're straight? Then let your fingers walk through "The Essential Gay & Lesbian Directory," a.k.a. the Gay Yellow Pages.

This week, I sat down with the book's owner and publisher, Tom Adler. Tom's brainchild allows gays who haven't discovered Google to flip through ads for hundreds of gay-friendly businesses, all of which appear to be staffed by shirtless men with six-packs.

I love this idea. Straight people just do not understand that most advertising, TV shows, Movies, etc are geared for straight people. It is time for gay oriented advertising. Also; love the shirtless men with sixpacks!

It's true...I have always wondered what a shirtless hunk's chest has to do with his ability to fix computers, or change oil, or landscape a yard. Oh well....

That will just make it easier for conservative and dangerous christians and muslims to find the people they do not like.

The Directory does not have peoples personal names in them. There is no way Dangerous Christians and extremist Muslims can find people from the Directory. The Gay Community seeks out the Directory. If anything the Directory protects Gays and Lesbians.
