You Can't Handle the Truth

That's right America; I'm talking to you. Deep inside you all knew that the band of Banana Republicans took advantage of the fall of the twin towers to put a war in motion, but by accepting that as reality you had to also conclude that the men in charge of our future were criminals. America, you're like a child who doesn't respect their parent but is afraid to demonize them in fear of winding up the son of Satan. If you could handle the truth you would not be afraid to challenge pompous piety, call me naïve but I can't imagine that the God of any faith would advocate killing amazing animals of the wilderness from a plane, or forcing a rape victim to give birth to a child fathered by an insane pervert. America, if your brain can't understand that dishonesty isn't a campaign privilege but a holocaust of our hearts then quit thinking and start thanking. Thank those community organizers who work tirelessly to help others less fortunate. Thank the troops who believe they are fighting a necessary war not the officials who dastardly put them there. Thank the brave souls who ignore the prejudiced odds against them and rise up to create a change not just in political party but in achieving political parity through creating an actual bridge to somewhere. I'm talking to you America. Do not let your failure to handle the truth stop us from creating a global pipeline that will deliver the kind of energy this election should have flowing. POSITIVE ENERGY. I'm talking to you America, let's not miss the chance to become a union that 80% of the rest of the world is hoping for. If you keep focusing on the lipstick on a pig diversion you might as well put the lipstick on your lips and kiss our ass goodbye.

I couldn't agree with you more!!!!! If Americans could, or for that matter, wanted to understand the truth people would be questioning where Bin Laden is, why he hasn't been caught, and why there was a far greater effort put into finding Sadam than was ever put into finding Bin Laden. It has been 7 years since that horrific day in our history and we are far worse off now. The republicans are quick to use 9/11 as a speaking point to drum up patriotism, but that's about it, and sadly most people fall for it.
