The 2011 adidas Nations completed play earlier this week in Southern California as the USA 2012 Blue squad won the title behind 6'11 Andre Drummond. It was an event well represented with top USA players from the 2012 and 2013 classes as well as international teams from Europe, Africa, Australia, Latin America and Asia. NetScouts Basketball has announced our All-Tournament Teams and Most Outstanding Players.

Most Valuable Player: Andre Drummond, USA 2012 Blue, 6'11, #2-rated, 2012. Drummond averaged 16.3 ppg and 9.5 rpg in leading his team to the title. He had a high game of 31 points. Drummond has announced that he will play this coming year for Wilbraham & Monson Academy (MA). Drummond also listed Connecticut, Kentucky, Louisville, Georgetown and West Virginia has his final five schools he is considering. It's questionable if Drummond will head to college at that point or straight to the NBA. If he does go to college it will be a one-year stop.

Most Outstanding Player: Steven Adams, Asia (New Zealand),7'1 (Verbal to Pitt) Pitt got a steal as Adams was the talk of the tournament in impressing everyone. He had high games of 37 points and 20 rebounds in helping his Asia team to be competitive. Adams averaged 19.8 points and 15 rebounds in his five games.

Gabe York, USA 2012 Red, 6'2, #8-rated SG, 2012 (Verbal to Arizona) York was the leading scorer of the event in averaging 24.3 ppg. He was consistent scoring in each game and should be an immediate starter when he gets to Tucson.

Wannah Bail, 6'8, Latin America (Bahamas, Trent Internationale, #98-rated, 2012). Bail showed incredible athleticism and should be rated much more highly. He averaged 18 points and 6 rebounds and is considering Indiana, Baylor, Houston, Texas and Kansas.

All-Tournament Second Team

Cameron Ridley, 6'9, USA 2012 Blue, #9-rated, 2012 (Verbal to Texas). Ridley gave the winners a strong inside combination with Drummond. He averaged 15.7 points and 7 rebounds and will be an inside force when he gets to Austin.
