Let's not forget "Abramscam"

Al Kamen released the list of winners of his name that scandal contest, for the unfolding lobbying corruption scandals set off by Abramoff et al.

There are some good ones there, including · "Bribes 'n' Tribes" and "Slots and Yachts" and "The Influenceza Pandemic."

But some of the others were kinda lame.

Maybe I'm just disappointed that none of the ones my friends and I came up with made the list.

What were they?

Well, mine was probably too verbose:

"Jack-Hammered: the K Street Crack-Up"

(Obviously, an attempt to tie Abramoff, DeLay and Norquist all into one).

Friends of mine had some other good ones:

Abramscam (Keith A.)

and

"New Jack City" came from Floegel, who also suggested "Blackjack",
"Indian Givers", "Dishonest Abe", "Gimme Five", and "The Krisis on K Street"

Though "gamblegate" might have worked, any names with "-gate" were not allowed.

Dave D. had a few others, most of which highlight Ralph Reed's role, including:

The Rapture of Revenue Capture, Moral Relatives in High Places, The Ethical Deficit,
Hidden Revelations: the Republican Armageddon, and The long-awaited Crucifixion of Ralph Reed...

Anyone else got some good ones out there they missed?
