Love the www.chocoart.us booth. The Obama out of white chocolate featured above was just the tip of the iceberg. They had zoo many creative and beautiful items in their display both myself and my business partner were blown away at their capabilities. To be able to make some of the most highly detailed chocolate creations in 2D and 3D out of some of the finest Ecuadorean chocolate was very impressive. They even told me that is I 'Like' them on Facebook, http://www.facebook.com/pages/ChocoArt-USA/276675865690612 , I would receive 10% off my first order. Best of luck to these two bright young entrepreneurs!

I've been using Guittard chips since I was a kid! The semi-sweet dark drips are the best flavor, although I would not buy the consumer packaged ones in stores, as they're always old and stale. If you can get a pastry wholesaler to sell you a box, it's heaven - but you gotta bake a lotta something to make use of the quantity since you can't refrigerate it.
