Even among registered Republicans, your own party, you can't go pandering to the extremes that move Iowa then expect a warm welcome when you step back into the real world. Iowa may finally have nailed the last nail in the coffin of their relevancy. Expect to see many more candidates completely ignoring them in the future as a win there no longer means anything when it comes to facing the rest of the country - their few delegates just cannot be worth the enormous cost in credibility that it takes to gain them.

I just sent an email to HP asking them why they are not covering this story. Next I am going to the Ed Show and Rachel and ask both of them to report on this too. It has to get out now.

When reading about and listening to these insane or sociopathic clowns does anyone else besides me think that maybe Bin Laden won even if he is dead? The whole nation seems to be suffering from permanent PTSD following the 9/11 tragedy. illegal wars, illegal detention, Citizen's United, torture, strangling the country for security reasons, militarization of police, increased xenophobia, corruption of the political process by corps, the rise of religious fundamentalism and Fox news incendiary lies to name a few symptoms. No wonder good President Obama is asking. "why he should go for a second term in this "godforsaken country"?

Please stop citing the Onion article. In case you didn't know, The Onion is a SATIRICAL paper. The stories in it are NOT TRUE. Someone may mistakenly believe you and spread a false rumor.

Romney seems so uncomfortable with people and is obviously so detached from the average American that he can't even fake it. It's almost like people are the last thing on his mind.
02:13 PM on 01/05/2012
Mitt, you think it's cold when you're running in the primaries with your friends, just wait until you get into the General Election and come up against people who really don't like you!
02:27 PM on 01/05/2012
He'll do the Bush thing and pre-screen people coming into his town halls and rallies. Typical Teapub, who doesn't want to represent all Americans and doesn't care what they feel or want.

From the article: "Tagg Romney told ThinkProgress that his three partners collected about $15,000 from their involvement in the Ponzi scheme. Court documents obtained by ThinkProgress show that the legal proceedings are ongoing and the men made over $1.6 million selling fraudulent CDs to investors.------- The Stanford Ponzi scheme wiped out the savings of thousands, including many American retirees across the country. In Texas, 1290 people lost their retirement savings because of the Stanford Ponzi scheme; in Louisiana, several hundred reportedly suffered the same fate."

The first meeting in N.H with M.Cain endorsement wasn't that good for Romney, people were not that excited. Romney was not confortable with tough questions from the audience. It's easy for him to criticize Obama but it's not easy to answers tough questions. Americans saw Romney reactions.

Rmoney is an uninspiring candidate. McCain was an uninspired endorser. Newt wants to send the GOP ship to the bottom if he can't be captain. It all adds up to a landslide victory for Obama in November.

Maybe Ed Rachel or Chris Mathews can find out about it. I hope Arrianna picks it up and sends one of her ace reporters that aren't afraid to ask the tough questions. For Pete's sake, this guy is trying to get in front of our Safety Net for Seniors. He's already part responsible for the age being raised for social security, and the fact that they can't retire.

Sarah Palin was a matter of non-vetting. It demonstated a sloppiness about how he does things, and that may have cost him the election. And he knew it almost immediately. I didn't have a respect issue. Until hearing him rip Obama on hooey.

Political lying has reached a mind boggling low from the Republicans. They are, so far as I can tell, just taking their lead from Fox, and Rush. Our country, MY country is being lied into the ground. I can't even figure out why. Bush was a case of "fooled us once, shame on you". But the lot of them seem to relish what they're doing, and have only ramped it up. I agree with most Dems, it's little more than warmed over Jim Crow behind the hatred of Obama. What else do they have? Zip that isn't anger, prejudice, and lying. One of them saying "that man"? I have bigger concerns.

Romney has grown bored with this whole dog and pony show, why should he have to mingle with those who oppose or want to challenge his positions. Just call it a day and hand the guy his crown.
