I live in Michigan. I know Hoekstra. Mr. Cain you would never be invited to dinner at Hoekstra's house. He's as racist, homophobic, sexist and intolerant as can be. All your wealth and success would only be respected in the form of a campaign donation

I love to hear people like Cain and Hoekstra talk. Evey word that comes out of their mouth gets Obama closer to re-election.They are both worth the $2.13/hr plus tips republicans want to pay resturant workers.

The whole time their kids are mopping the gym floor at their schools! The Republican dream is the American nightmare

A conservative black epublican is probably not the best person to gauge the racial insensitivity of something seeing as they are clearly comfortable with allying with known bigots.

" I don't think it was insulting at all. I don't think it was racist at all."

We must remember Herman Cain is looking through the eyes of a Republican filter. His comment is therefore par for the course.

File him away with Palin, O'Donnell, Angle, Perry etc, and get somebody more interesting in the news.

There was no outrage, Herman, because you are irrelevant.

He sounds pretty outraged to me. I think that is proof that he doesn't listen to himself and doesn't expect people who hear him to listen to him either.

Of course he loved it! He thought it was about time China thanked the GOP for moving all of their jobs over there!

The GOP did not move jobs to China. That was the market. As long as profit is the prime mover in the US this type of thing is going to happen.

And which party is it that emphasizes corporate profit over everything? Think.
08:01 AM on 02/24/2012
And also, more jobs were outsourced under the Clinton administration than any other president in history... so it was the damn dems fault!

Mr. Cain, with all due respect, the point of calling out racism in this case had nothing to do with the voters and everything to do with the candidates. If you, Mr. Cain, had run an advertisement in which a supposed member of a minority group was explaining to the public why they should or shouldn't vote a particular way, using the character's race as a point of credibility, then, yes, you would've been considered as making a racist commercial. You're seeking outrage over voters' racist statements? Really? Oh wait, you mean only toward you... because the media, including everyday comment boards at PhoxGnus contain filthy racist rants toward our sitting leader. Your own party's base has more than plenty examples of racism and filth.

The fact that Herman Cain is DENFENDING the ad that basically brought Hoekstra's campaign down, speaks volumes about Herman Cain. Need to add the term, "ignoramus" to the list...
