It's disgusting. Those poor parents and family of Clementi. My thoughts go out to them. Has Ravi given their pain a single thought in the past two years? I haven't seen any evidence.

It is not nearly enough. This sentence is a joke

The Clementis are living for vengeance. What after? will they get back Tyler? Instead they need to do community service in LSBT and get rid of their guilt for not accepting their son. Dharun needs to serve some sentence and it should be community service. His life has already changed. He should write a book and help those like him to get justice on ONLY his crime NOT other unreleated actions like Tyler's death

he was never charged with Tyler's death, duh! he was charged with the crimes he COMMITTED--invasion of privacy, witness tampering, hate crimes, etc. read the facts again. nowhere in the counts against him was murder.

it's very easy for you to judge when you are not in their shoes.

watching the sentencing on TV today, it is interesting what James Clementi said about Dharun sahring something with his lawyer and smiling during the trail as if there was a joke. Well, in today's sentencing, it was interesting to watch Mrs Clementi have a smirk as Dharun's mother spoke and exchange smiles with her husband. So should we judge her for finding this to be a joke? She needs to get to terms with her part in Tyler's death - her NON acceptance of gays, her non-acceptance of Tyler's coming out to her!

she accepted Tyler just as he was. stop believing homophobic lies about this case.

You need to provide evidence that she didn't accept Tyler. And you haven't, because you can't. If you can, provide the evidence, or stop slandering the mother of a dead teen.

Gay victim means no punishment.

I knew this would happen. The judge is a complete homophobe.

gay victim means Special protection group and therefore guilty before proven so!
