[Regarding the link from the HP home page: The Palin's Most Memorable Reality TV Moments]

THANK YOU! That was driving me crazy.

Unless, of course, we are now calling Sarah Palin "The Palin".

I think it is pathetic that the so called American Patriots of the Palin Clan are participating in a show that makes a game of competition out of what our great brave men and women in the armed services do every day - only they are actually dealing with life and death - with out the glam and glory of the game show world.

a pretend "Kick butt" athelete" isn't the same as an American soldier - no matter what the Palinistas claim.

There are 8 highly decorated soldiers from Army Delta Force to Navy Seals participating. There is actually a US Army General overseeing the faux missions and evaluation. So, it's not ONLY the celebrities on the show. It's not ONLY Todd Palin. Obviously, the US Army and US Navy put their stamps of approval on the show. It is an IDEAL marketing tool for them. This will help them recruit 1,000's of young men and women watching the show. This has MUCH MORE to do with the military than it does the celebreties. Obviously, NBC will benefit as well with sponsorships.

Nobody is saying that a kick butt athlete is the "same" as an American soldier. YOU said that. That came into YOUR mind. We know that these soldiers are the elite of the worlds elite, not only in technical expertise, but in physical conditioning. But that does NOT take away from the fact that other people could be excellent athletes as well. And after watching the first episode of the show, I must say I was VERY impressed with Todd Palin as an athletic, supremely fit man. Physically, he was performing at the level of the soldiers. He's surprisingly strong and has incredible stamina. I must admit, he is indeed a "kick butt" athlete.

Open your mind and try to see things in a different light sometimes. Not everything is as terrible and corrupt as you may dream it to be.

When it comes to the Palins, yes, yes it's even worse than a nightmare and I hate it that the show is tainted with this family.

kick butt athelete is straight out of Sarah Palins mouth - perhaps you should reread the article - the phrase isn't mine it's Todd Palin's wifes comment.

Right on! I was a viet vet 17 1965-69 These people are like the many in the bars who are ex special forces, pretend wanna be's It irritates me and should embarass the producers for this bullshit idea a game is some how glorious and todd makes millions of it and the real deal get squat, in the special forces there is only black and white and no gray, you put the shit in a box to survive and move on. In the military you come back 3 ways in a body bag missing a leg or arm or become part of the walking dead
shame shame on the palins for this

The proud, patriotic Palin family from Wasilla, Alaska are the equivalent of American royalty. It is always fascinating, exciting, & gratifying to see any of them on TV.

And that is why America chose not to have royalty but an elected leader

You obviously wouldn't recognize royalty even if it bit you in the ars.
