Cogito ergo sum. Cogito.

If romney has pulled his ads from Michigan, he is truly in a bad situation. To get an electoral college win, he has to pretty much win every other state that is too close to call at this time. If Obama wins either Florida or Ohio, he is re-elected.

The on line betting odds, which have been a pretty good predictor in the past now have Obama as a pretty big favorite. I like it!

This election is Obama's to lose. I'm not seeing any evidence that would happen.

Over the last two years people have watched Republicans do everything to stall this recovery after.they made "job, jobs, jobs" their platform in 2010 only to turn to the social issues that turn off most people. There is a group of Americans that is called "The Un-polled" that the Republicans like to call lazy, there numbers are 23 million strong and they know who wrecked the economy
They have watched our president fight these Republicans to extend Unemployment benefits.
I know who they should vote for.

It should be obvious the Republicans plan to win this election from the debates. They've groomed their candidate for this with rigorous training, and the threat of another credit downgrade strengthens their arguments.

Great read. Really puts it in perspective. Big shifts come from small moves.

The margin is thin at best. It is a long, long, time til November. Too close and too far away to call.

The more people see of Mitt Romney, and the better they get to know him, the less they like him and the less they trust him.

If he would only release his returns and share with America how he's managed to stuff his IRA and avoid paying taxes, and reveal the full extent of his offshore and foreign holdings, he'd become more sympathetic and likeable, I'm sure.

The doors of opportunity for Willard are quickly slamming shut around him. Do these rich yahoos funding him really like tossing their money away?

As for Romney pulling an upset in the debates, I'd advise anyone to go back and watch how PBO debated the Republican caucus on health care. He took all of their questions, ad-libbing the entire time, and demolished them with facts & statistics.

They weren't stupid enough to invite him back for a second round.

So the guy who won't tell us what his plans are, because people won't vote for him if they know, is counting on the debates to make up a big deficit?

Yeah, that'll work.

The more people see of Romney, the more they dislike him. I've never seen that happen after a presidential convention.
