It actually got started under Bush.
07:16 AM on 10/01/2012
No reason to continue it.
If I'am as a leader start a fight then walk away while everyone is still fighting and now there is a new leader replacing me. Should that person just watch the fight and
turn away not care wether they continue or not??
Now think about that. I am not trying to defend President Bush. But is it not a custom when entering into the administration as a new leader that you lead and protect the country from what is wrong??? If you do not realize and understand that then we have a serious problem.
01:44 AM on 10/02/2012
Wrong, 2 different programs, and the Mexican govt. knew about the Bush program, if that's what you want to call it.  You know this, you do, yet you try to lie to other.  Where is your head at?

Mexico…Mexico…you have something far worst at your door step than a foreign invasion, a stock market collapse, or deflation of the peso. You are running the risk of losing the rule of law in your country and are daily facing more and more examples of that lost. It appears every vein of your government is participating in the sad breakdown of your beautiful your country by not carrying out the obligations entrusted to it by your people. I am reminded of the situation China faced during it opium addiction days, which only ended after the heavy hand of the Chinese government did what it had to do. Mexico do what you have to do to end the control of your country by drug traffickers or lose it to them.

No, I believe Mexico and all honest men should never accept corruption as a way of life, that is like surrendering your daughter to a dog.

yeah, there's this ancient classic advertisement where an american indian chief picks up a piece of rubbish and has a tear rolling down his face. If that ad were made today, it would be dramatically different.
09:42 AM on 10/01/2012
Twit it was a public service announcement that ran on television into the early 70,s
The Brave on horseback wept when he save the pollution of a large stream with tossable household trash .... Just what would be different in the spot ????

true. If Mexico legalized their drugs, it would starve the cartels out ( although I do wonder at the retaliation that would cause too). Honestly theses headlines make me think on instinct "Nuke the cartel hideouts". But obviously that's not practical.
05:44 PM on 09/30/2012
You mean like, like, like, ah, Al capone, when prohibition left a power vacuum for illegal booze. I say this, cuz, ah, like, the people there, business owners that can put food on the table are to afraid to stop the cartels as they will be killed guickly.

Easy to grow and produce, and even easier getting it across the border. The current administration has done nothing but help that.

I don't know if legalization is the solution over there now. The cartels are so strong and violent, the retaliation they might cause from legalization could be on the level of terrorist attacks. But legalization has to be done in a smart way here, or Mexico won't live to see even that.

It's pretty much legal here in Colorado, and the economy related to it is booming. Many people that would be unemployed cater to this market. I know many people that make their livings legally this way, and make far more money and pay far more taxes than they ever did working.

Obama: "The southern border is more secure today than at any time in the past 20 years."
Balled faced lie.

July 11, 2012
"The Obama administration is moving to shut down nine Border Patrol stations across four states, triggering a backlash from local law enforcement, members of Congress and Border Patrol agents themselves."
"Mexico is the largest foreign supplier of marijuana and the second largest source of heroin for the U.S. market. The majority of methamphetamine sold in the United States is made in Mexico, and Mexican-run methamphetamine labs that operate north of the border account for much of the remainder."

And the number one supplier of Marijuanna is America. Don't forget " If your going to smoke, smoke the best and smoke American like the rest! " The police in the mid-west ( Republican dominated States ) would undoubtabley be at odd's with your assumptions about the methampetamine labs. Tennessee and the rest of those Southern gun ho Republican dominated States would be giving Mexico a run for it's money as well. As for herion? Might as well just be worrying about the sales of spoons for as much dope as you think Mexico is bringing in here. Now Coca comes in by the boat fulls. Legalize it and give it to the Pharmicudicals so they can make up for their losses.

The World's biggest problem is the United States. Not so much the people but the ultra wealthy who dictate what our Government say's and does. Marijuanna is a Pharmacudical nightmare for that particular industry because of all the ill's and ache's it immediately alleviates. Keeping it illegal means huge profits for not only them but County Jails, State and Federal Prisons as well. The vast majority of those profits come from our tax dollars. Profits they don't want to relinquish. Means that lots of people are suffering from side effects of whatever drug they are offering while many others are setting in Prison where a Violent criminal was given an early release to make room for a " Pothead " so that you can continue to waste your tax dollars on them forever and ever. OBAMA/BIDEN and a Straight Democratic vote so we can attack wasteful spending at the source.
