That's funny! Jail-break Cat. He should have his own TV show. But, I remember something about prisoners historically using rats to carry messages and stuff from cell to cell and from inside to outside.

Poor kitty. I can't imagine how much pain pulling tape out of all that hair would be for a small animal.

Those wacky Brazilians...next thing you know, they'll be flying in teeny tiny flat screen TV's via carrier pigeons.

They've already used carrier pigeons to smuggle in phones.

How could that not have been apparent when he was slipping in and out of the prison gate? They had to catch him first before they saw it? Poor cat. It's a wonder it could walk.

They should lock that cat up!

How was the poor cat supposed to know the difference between the prisoners and guards? It was not too thrilled with the whole situation I am sure.

This cat would be great on Letterman's gig on funny pet tricks and at the same time get adoption publicity.
11:33 AM on 01/06/2013
I hope they find a good home for the cat. It's not the cat's fault it was a smuggler, it was trained t be one. Just think what a great cat he would be for a handicapped person who cannot do for himself.
05:33 PM on 01/06/2013
the cat is a criminal. she should be put to sleep.
07:45 PM on 01/06/2013
Never heard of a cat being trained to help a handicapped person.....cats pretty much do what they want....dogs are the only animal that I know trained to do this......

Cats can be trained. you just have to make it worth their well. And have a lot of time. My Siamese is trained to come when called,he will bring things ( when he is in the mood ) But generally he trained me to be his servant. not like dogs who will do anything for food. And yes there has been cases of cats helping people.
