Hilarious. I wonder how many poor citizens will care though. After all, they are the ones continually voting against their interests by voting for republicans.

As is most often the case, the progressive, liberal agenda makes it disadvantageous to live in the United States if you are a citizen of the United States

Completely incorrect. The agenda as you put it, covers EVERYONE. The Republican Governors who refuse to expand medicaid are the ones who are preventing citizens from getting coverage. THEY are making it disadvantageous to be a citizen.

It seems to me, on all fronts, the GOP is losing every battle. Gay marriage, Filibuster, Women in combat roles, Abortion, Prayer, climate change, taxation on the rich, debt ceiling, immigration and the demographic shift the country is seeing.

To make this a business analogy-

The GOP is IBM of the 80s. - Blue suit, Male, White strong established base, focused on satisfying business needs.
The Dems are Google- Dockers, button down shirt -un-tucked, focus on making things better and giving services to everyone- and making a HUGE profit in the meanwhile.

IBM wont go away, but their influence is clearly failing,

I am with you 100 percent, but they will exist as long as people are misinformed enough to vote for the GOP. My first goal is to just reduce the number of them in our government, and America will once again be competitive with the rest of the industrialized world.

Phil Mickelson...makes about $60 million a year...and he along with Tiger are moving(have moved) out of California due to combined rates of state and federal tax of over 60%..
That's...what happens when ...things lean too far left.....now you would think
a few more % when you are making that much wouldn' make a difference..but it does
because of family/business relationships..
so I'm guessing you'll stay asleep ...because conservative ideas...will persist

"We’re going to close the unproductive tax loopholes that allow some of the truly wealthy to avoid paying their fair share. In theory, some of those loopholes were understandable, but in practice they sometimes made it possible for millionaires to pay nothing, while a bus driver was paying ten percent of his salary, and that’s crazy. [...] Do you think the millionaire ought to pay more in taxes than the bus driver or less?" -Saint Ronald Reagan

People move out of California because of the state tax. People can't escape the feds. So, Tiger moved to Florida because of the state taxes which saved him a nice piece of change. If Phil wants to move to Florida, he can do so, but there are advantages to living in California.

And, people are taxed for those advantages.

Carmona probably should have won the senate seat though. Not sure if he'd win. I mean 2012 was a year where Democrats won in hard states for senate like ND, Missouri and Montana. I think Democrats could have picked up Arizona and Nevada too based on their demographics, and higher latino population, than the other 3 states where Democratic senate candidates one. Nevada had a bad senate candidate, but I really thought that the guy Carmona ran against was very shady. Castro in Texas would be perfect for Arizona, and unlike in TX could win in a state like AZ. AZ needs a strong candidate like him, and a charismatic younger Latino would be perfect to go up against Jan.

Why does the GOP insist on sitting down at a checker board table while President Obama is over at the chess table?

The GOP has NEVER sat down and looked at the overall picture of anything. They do not look at the projections of any of their proposals.

Meanwhile, President Obama and his team have studied at every angle the benefits and the downfalls of anything that is proposed.

If the GOP wants to learn how to become viable leaders, they need to learn how to play chess. But then, again, it takes someone of superior intelligence and strategic patience to play chess. The GOP is sorely lacking in both.
