When do the fraudclosed get their homes back ? Let's face it the American people have been played and the government let them steal homes thru fraudulent paperwork -- here's what I want to know when am I going to be informed that the mortgage that Norwest prepared with a fake address (mail fraud & public records manipulation) was going to be flipped in a global derivative trade (CDO in a CDS) that right my home mortgage a non-negotiable financial banking product morphed into a negotiable security that was packaged up in a trust pool and sold -- HELLO FANNIE MAE did you break the law? by colluding with the banksters and in violation of RESPA and TLA?

I'll believe it when I see large numbers of Wall Street criminals being sent to prison for a long time. I say let the people that are in prison on minor drug offences out and fill the prisons with white collar criminals.

The financially astute and highly successful Enron group and their leaders here in Houston, filed fictional, false, incomplete, and/or deceptive financial statements with the Security Exchange Commission that they swore to represent the truth in order to “Pump” up the stock price prior to “Dumping” their personally owned Enron Stock onto the public.

Almost all of their assets consisted of un-audited LLP "Profit Centers" and these net worth values were primarily fiction.

The SEC apparently approved of these 10K submittals.

They successfully perjured themselves when testifying and submitting information about financial facts, and generally lied about almost every compliance document that they created and submitted to the SEC for many years.

It was a miracle that these criminal actions were even discovered.

The officers and leaders suffered very little penalty when they finally did get caught and subsequently convicted.

They should rot in prison until they die as a deterrent to future prospective Financial "Master Criminals", but they will probably be studied and emulated by other "financial geniuses" in our business schools with the purpose of not getting caught.
