I don't mind if people choose to own firearms, just as long as they keep them on their own private property or in designated hunting/sporting areas. None of this concealed carry vigilante nonsense. Terrorism means trillions of dollars in additional defense spending. Gun violence means laws created to block the people's will. Thanks NRA for preventing reason.

Nobody mentioned civilian disarmament....Really, you all need to stop at the end of the paragraph and stop reading the blank page beyond it, filling it with words that are not there for to fit your fears.

I wonder if this guy has a relative in prison because of gun violence? Keene does/did. Then again that could be a requirement for being president of the NRA.

Who?

I didn't know the NRA had a president.

The only guy we ever see is that vice president on the far right who doesn't seem to know what the phrase "common sense" means.

And as the incident at the Houston airport suggests: The only thing that stops a bad guy with a gun is when the bad guy turns the gun on himself.

The NRA bringing more death everyday! Remember according to the NRA the solution to every problem is more guns. That's why weapons manufactures love the NRA their best sales agent!
08:32 PM on 05/02/2013
Do the criminals get there guns directly from the weapons manufactures? Weapons manufactures enjoy the business they get from the government and law enforcement as well. Problem is law enforcement is having a difficult time arresting the criminals with guns.

The NRA lost it original mission when he became the arm of gun manufacturers!
08:45 PM on 05/02/2013
but that was last century. Now in the new millenium they have mutated into something quite different that no longer represents their rank and file memberships.
