12:12 PM on 12/02/2010
Yeah--most people call it "The Q"
12:36 PM on 12/02/2010
Especially considering the class action lawsuit against Intuit because of their QuickBooks and Quicken products.

This man is like an ex-lover who keep saying one thing and does the opposite. At the rate he is going LeBron might have to take out a restraining order.

Actually, Gilbert is like an ex-coach that wants to protect his team against tampering.

Are you serious?? You can't be serious?

Get over it already. Lebron is here. Cleveland, and Ohio in general, is a shiite hole. Why not go after every free agent who left the state in search of greener pastures? You can't force people to stay there. Leaving Ohio was the best thing that ever happened to me. Just get over it. Its not us- its you....

How's that unemployment rate doing in Florida? Even with TONS of tourism jobs and TONS of old people who need to be taken care of--how's that unemployment rate doing in Florida? I'll give you a hint--it's 2 full percentage points higher than Ohio

What is the penalty if it is proved that Miami tampered?

Potential penalties for tampering could include front-office suspensions, fines and losses of draft picks.

And if Heat lose draft picks.... They are IN TROUBLE... that is the only thing they posses to make their team better. Outside of free agency. then they only have 1 exception a year.

Cavs fans, if in fact Labron did you like that why would you want him back? This is kind of creepy in a stalkerish kind of way.

Simple, if the Heat are guilty of tampering, these things could possibly happen to them.

There are so many (rich) people who believe that if you break the rules (law) and get away with it for awhile, you should be seen as a person who takes risks and wins and not as a cheater. I don't have any allegiance to the Cav's. That ended when Brad Daugherty, Larry Nance and Mark Price left. LeBron is a spoiled brat. I don't hope that he fails in Miami, but it wouldn't bother me either. Someone needs to fined (jailed) if there is tampering. You know if the Cav's had tampered with a Heat player, they would cry foul.

Cavs management and fans, please, please get over it. If LBJ is such a bum, a slacker, a sandbagger, a lousy player, why would you want him on your team? Wake up!!!

It isnt about any of that anymore.
It is about getting even, now.
And if the Heat are found to be guilty of tampering they could, have these things happen. "Potential penalties for tampering could include front-office suspensions, fines and losses of draft picks. "

Why not getting even in the court?

P.S: I highly doubt that the NBA would support the Cavaliers. First, the Cavs are a losing team, period. Second, the NBA is to make MONEY, MONEY, MONEY, and support the MONEY-MAKERS, competitive teams and star players. I don't know why I get the feeling that the Cavalosers don't fit that bill :-)

It sure looked like LeBron threw the playoffs last year. He never played so badly for so long as he did in order to lose that series. He knew he could not leave Cleveland if they had just won a championship. I lost a lot of respect for him for that, and for implying he needs an all-star team to win a championship.

Exactly, there is a problem when a player obviously tanks a game when he knows he is going to change teams.

He played so bad because all the focus was on him. There were four other Cavs players on the court watching the game.

I don't know who is the bigger baby, Lebron or his former team's owner.
11:03 AM on 12/02/2010
IF LeBron did meet with Riley in 09 and they discussed him going to Miami then that's a massive No No and the owner has a point.

I tried to watch the game last night but was busy. Did you see it?

Agreed to trade, who? Lebron wasnt traded. He left as a free agent.
12:46 PM on 12/02/2010
He was signed then traded. And Lebron got more money as a result. Gilbert didnt have to agree to the deal, but he did.
