When I read the title of the article, I said "geez not again". I read the article. Now it makes sense when it comes to inltellectual property. Though it does make one wonder how important it is to nake a sandwhich with the same effect of a heart attack.

The "Heart Attack" sandwich sounds delicious. Enjoy one occassionally - just make sure you run 10 miles to burn off the calories! "Get the furnace hot enough and it will burn anything" - Bill Rodgers - marathoner.

What kind of a government tells people what they can and cannot eat ? An honest answer please? It's the America way...SUE! you can always find some shyster lawyer to take the case and a corrupt Judge for the desired verdict. Remember the hot coffee virdict ? Perfect example.

Maybe you can hire a "shyster lawyer" or a "corrupt Judge" to actually read the article for you since you obviously don't possess the requisite skills to do so.

One or two people bragged about spending $100.00 for a lunch for two. That is just plain stupid. They obviously have more money than brains.

Lunch for two at $100.00? I'm so glad I wasn't sitting by them.....extremely obese people are not pleasant to look at, and I certainly don't want to watch them eat that much. I think it's easy to see in this thread that obesity is a serious problem for Americans. It's simple to figure out after reading about misspellings, etc. to lead others away from the subject. If I've insulted anyone, that's good. Maybe they'll change to a different lifestyle of healthy foods in moderation.

$100.00 for lunch for two people sounds like a lot of money to me. For most couples that would cover a weeks worth of groceries. I was raised with the saying "Waste not, want not".Paying that much for lunch sounds like waste to me, unless it is a celebration of an anniversery or birthday or such. The writer of the orginal article sounded like it was a normal and regular part of working in New York.

What article are you addressing? The one you responded to is about trademark infringement.

Oh come on now. Is some reataurant going to start a law suit over the name "BLT" sandwiches next? This law suit is just plain insanity. Some people will do anything to get attention, anything.

I guess you are not allowed to have a heart attack lest some lawyer will sue you! What a country we have become. The government is so fragmented nothing worthwhile gets done and people are suing each other for the dumbest stuff and clogging the court systems system. And because of falling taxes revenues the criminal courts and prisons are looking at ways to let people go.

either way its not healthy to begin with,,

Clearly, the comments are much more interesting than the article that inspired them.
Keep up the good work folks.

And I thought my best friend's `Super Deluxe Colon-Blocker' sandwich was dangerous. Four kinds of cheese (cheddar, swiss, jack, and provalone), bacon, ham, jalapeno and jalapeno tabasco, crushed red pepper, and a lower layer of bacon.
