David Bailey, one of Britain's most celebrated photographers, best known for his portraits of some of the most famous and beautiful people in the world, has changed medium.

For the first time expressing himself through sculpture with a wide range of objects from flags to animal skeletons, skulls and exploding beans he pushes the boundaries of his audience's imagination. Using precious metals like sterling silver, Bailey brought out the dark side in this collection of abstract pieces dominated by skulls.

In Crane.tv's video Bailey explains the inspiration behind working with skulls. Cheeky and fun, his work says it all, even if he does not, although "In the end, we all end up as skulls"
