Christie's - London's most established auction house hosts a fresh new fair presenting contemporary art editions in all its forms, including photographs, prints, artist's books and numbered copies of three-dimensional works covered for you by Crane.tv

Their ethos is linked to that of New York's Editions: Artists' Book Fair, whose focus on new editions, young artists and young galleries, "I was hoping to reproduce that back in London" explains Richard Lloyd, Christie's International Head of the Print Department. With its prime location in the cultural centre of London, amongst some of the capital's most reputable artistic institutions: Victoria and Albert Museum, Royal Albert Hall, Royal Academy of Arts. He further states that it is the only fair of the moment that concentrates on contemporary editions, offering prints of high quality at a not-so-high price.

With the number of those unafraid to approach fairs and auction houses growing and fewer feeling the need to consult dealers and advisors in galleries, it's not hard to realise that confidence in personal artistic choices within individuals is rising. There is energy and freshness that wasn't apparent in the past and the current Multiplies Contemporary Editions Fair fits in with this perfectly.

Shedding a different light on art, Christie's provides an opportunity to engage further with its already diverse base of clients, taking us right back to what it essentially is all about: 'Fine Art for everyone'.
