In 1995, Elena Kagan wrote a paper blasting "vapid and hollow" Supreme Court nomination hearings. In this DC Decoder video for Congress.org we present a guide for better hearings on the eve of her confirmation testimony starting Monday -- based upon Kagan's harsh critique.

Also, Kagan might be a shoo-in but a C-SPAN poll finds that the the public isn't so sure.
