Wandering around Georgetown yesterday for the video below (click screen to watch), I found that in this ritzy neighborhood the sandwich business stands to gain from the president's payroll tax cut ($13 a week for the average worker). It's enough money for a fine burger at Billy Martin's Tavern, a Georgetown landmark. Of course, buying the ingredients and making your own sandwiches would stretch your tax cut much further.
