How does this happen:

Avg. Net Worth in 1995 $0 (Range: $-268,917 to $268,917)
Avg. Net Worth in 2006 $-4,500 (Range: $-13,999 to $5,000)

On the plus side I guess you know he's not taking money from a foreign government and trying to pass trade bills for them.
