As a player in the NFL, one of the most devastating things to deal with is being injured. You feel as though you're a separate entity from the rest of the team even though you're still on the team.

You see, the X's and O's is the blueprint for success on game day but it's that camaraderie, that bond between men, that carries the team through the peaks and valleys of a season.

It would easy for me to talk strategy with my fellow teammates but at the end of the day it's the personal interactions with my teammates that would provide more support than any chalk talk would provide.
