We now have a new entry in the mirrorless space with the Canon M5 which could also be called a Canon 80D without the mirror. Just like the Canon 80D, the M5 has a 24.2MP APS-C sensor, dual pixel AF, 1080p video at up to 60fps with a new in body 5 axis image stabilization system which is a first for Canon. The camera will be offered with a 15-45mm F3.5-6.3 IS STM lens and an 18-150mm F3.5-6.3 IS STM lens. Prices start at $979 for the body only and pre-orders are underway.
