I was pretty tickled by the Where the Wild Things Are rename :)

Sadly, our culture continues to prove Dr. Seuss's The Lorax right. It's unfortunate when your ultimate doom is spelled out quite plainly in a children's book.

HuffPo's first humor article that was actually humorous. Well done.

some of those were pretty good. The only one I didn't recognize was the "where the red fern grows," was that a popular kids book or was it a common school required book?

Well, here's an idea ... you could, you know, type the title into a search.

Yes, it used to be a very popular book for kids. It's a beautiful story. Maybe not thought of as very relevant to today's kids, but I think the message transcends the setting.

Hi tissa, I wanted to tell you I have been battling with a guy(?), Doc Watson, for the last two days over your use of bold. While I don't find any offense in you using bold, or in others using caps, he says the site doesn't allow it, and shouldn't. No big deal, I just happened to see you here and your distinctive bold type and thought I would pass it along. I just find it amazing that with all the offensive comments made about our president on this site that this guy would be upset because of your style.

Hey ronniesbrain!

Omg, that is so funny. I too get people telling me to stop using my bold. I don't know what is up with that.  The website gave it to some to use, and I am going to use it...I don't see what's wrong with that.

And you are right with all their offensive comments, you would think bold would be the last thing on their mind.

Well, thanks for defending me, it is appreciated, friend!

Have a great day! :-)
