Along our road trip across the United States, we are filming a lot more than we are able to fit into the weekly episodes. Crossing Iowa, there were so many great stories to tell. One of the most inspiring and pioneering of those stories was Seed Savers Exchange. Started from a handful of seeds, this organization has grown to preserve thousands of Heirloom Seeds.
