We all get lost from time to time... We all panic and experience despair... As if we are drowning in a dark abyss... We all know that place... which feels as if we are dying... where all we want is, to survive... To feel whole again, to fill up the gaps and pretend they never existed. To put them in an envelope, seal it with a kiss and send away to a place that doesn't exist, never has or ever will... In those moments, we become like little children desperately seeking a sweet word, a shelter for our emotions and a savior... We feel scared and frightened by our own fragility... Like glass dolls with hearts made of feathers... We feel exposed... We experience fear and vulnerability... In those moments we often tend to seek asylum on the outside just to numb the pain and silence the fear... We fill up our poor being with so much clutter... We wrap it up in junk... and pretend that we can't see or hear the most powerful compass within ourselves -- our heart...

Yet... we don't have an answer and this pattern keeps repeating itself over and over again... Because the link is broken...

How do we "fix" it?... By trusting and learning to tune into our own wisdom. To be our own guide...our own guru... We know best. So what does your heart want? Don't be influenced by ego. Don't fool yourself... You are not your house, you are not your car, you are not your title...

Now pause for a minute and place your hand on your heart... Feel it beating and instead of asking yourself, "What do I think about this?" ask yourself, "How is my heart today and how does it feel about this?"

Feel more.... trust and be brave enough to walk through that door and access your own wisdom!
I believe in you!

Namaste
