I love a good music video and I'm excited for more pleasant bike weather, so what better way to celebrate both than by finding a bunch of good music videos featuring bikes?
I've picked these top five based on a highly scientific consideration of style, music, humor and a secret "x-factor" that I'm not allowed to reveal until the patent clears.
Knowing that, here are my picks for the five best music videos with bikes. I've kept some of the runners-up below -- and let me know if you think I've missed any in the comments OR let me know on Twitter or the HuffPost Green Facebook page.
1. Robin Thicke - When I Get You Alone
2. Bat For Lashes - What's A Girl To Do?
3. Lily Allen - LDN
4. Flobots - Handlebars
5. Fatlip - What's Up Fatlip?
HONORABLE MENTION
These videos also feature bikes, but aren't quite as cool as those listed above. Again, judging on the video, not the song. I'll basically add anything here that prominently features a bike.
Jill Scott - Golden
The Smiths - Stop Me If You Think You've Heard This One Before
Doomtree - Drumsticks
Firekites - Same Suburb, Different Park
Corinne Bailey Rae - Put Your Records On
Sugarcubes - Motorcrash
Be Your Own Pet - Bicycle Bicycle, You Are My Bicycle
Nada Surf - Whose Authority
Kraftwerk - Tour de France
Queen - Bicycle Race
Or the original, NSFW version of "Bicycle Race" here.
Ray Parker & Helen Terry - One Summer/Day Dueling Bikes from "Quicksilver"
And, even though it's not a music video per se, here is Andrew Bird giving an interview while riding a bike:

I can certainly understand why you missed this one.
Remember The Jam? Well, this is what became of them... The Style Council.

I also forgot to add Corrinne Bailey Rae's video for "Put Your Records On". It features a whole slew of girls on bikes: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wkEeNpWMvgk
Here is the link for Jill Scott's "Golden": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DQdmrFrM5lE
You have to add this one for the yellow jacket alone!
You forgot Jill Scott riding a bike throughout her video for "Golden"
How about "Mutha'ukas" by Flight of the Concords....

You left out some big names.
The legendary Kraftwerk created the song "Tour De France" in which the video shows nothing but bicycles. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n8TGWGRWe0s
Also, the Sugarcubes (Bjork) also created a song featuring at least one bicycle, "Motorcrash". http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vz9WNOkVTWo
By the way, for anyone who has ever heard the song "Bicycle Wreck" by The Geezinslaw Brothers, oh boy, I wish there was a video for that. Something along the lines of "I was going around the corner doing 90 miles per hour when the chain on my bicycle broke, I was skint all over from the rocks and the gravel, wearing the fenders for a coat..." LOLOL, I cannot remember the rest, but they were so good at descriptive humor in their music.
The Smiths - Stop Me If Think You've Heard the One Before

I'm going to go ahead and say Black Mags should have been in the top 5, rather than a couple of those (see link below). Either way, cool list! Thanks for compiling it, and starting the discussion :)

how about "who could win a rabbit" by animal collective?

this one is all bikes... from a great, under-the-radar portland band!
