More Butt Selfies, Uplifting and Controversial?

Too many butt selfies!

Yes it's uplifting and well rounded however what's the Truth? What's the bottom line?

1 - Here's the bottom line -- can you really build a protruding butt like Kim Kardashian?

2 - Is there a product on the market you can take to uplift your experience?

3 - Can a well rounded program do just that?

No butts about it I receive 100 emails a month all ask me that same question. How can I redo my rear view?

Fact: You are either born genetically with a big round butt or you're not!!
When you see the selfies of these girls just showing their big, round, hard booty. The Truth is that weight training may have enhanced the density of the booty, but it surely didn't make it look like that.

There are many exercises that would enhance what you were born with. It's going to look the way it was meant to look. However you'll always see the post about the exercise programming that promises a better rear view. The squat, the deep lunge, the bridge, weighted hip thrust, all great exercises that will enhance the muscle that sits underneath the fat... but that big booty butt, it can't grow sideways, muscle does not grow sideways. So tell me do you think Jennifer Lopez has done all these deep squats, deep lunges, weighted hip thrust, I happen to know her trainer and that's not true! Jen Selter, Jennifer Lopez, Kim Kardashian, etc. are all perfect examples of genetics at work. Sure they work out, and I know they all squat, but that's not why they have such big butts! We now know it's predominantly genetics that fills the jeans. Of course you can go plastic, and subcutaneous if you want more... However by 65 your butt hits the floor!
