Are you ready? Lets embark Exercise Critic.

My intro to you... the reader, the person who deserves more than they get. We all want to exceed expectations, and better ourselves right? Step right up because today is the first day, the first impression. I am hoping you gravitate towards the truth. Mark Twain said, "If you tell the truth, you don't have to remember anything." I do not know anyone who is an expert, I am still learning. I do have 29 years experience in the trenches. The factual information you are about to embark upon has been taught to me, hands on, by many different professionals. The challenge is to retain that information then apply it. I personally researched any and all information. I also did research on the person who did the research. I needed to be sure of all my findings before informing anyone. When the day comes that anyone feels they have learned enough, that is the day you have decided to become stagnant. The truth about exercise is based on science and anatomy. (Not gym talk.) I hope you learn the difference between feeling an exercise vs. working a muscular region anatomically correct. Below you will read my first dissertation. I am writing this to help you achieve wealth, prosperity, confidence, and eliminate your frustration of not being where you should be at this stage of your life. I would like you to have an open mind. Moreover I will diligently commit to teaching the truth about exercise. Today's fitness is based on propaganda, marketing, emotional attachment, sensation, perception, skin moving, an athletic inclination to learn a motor skill, and stupidity. Lets not leave out ripping you off for the almighty dollar! This blogger (Exercise-Critic) is going to hand you a hard jagged pill to swallow.

"Do the research..." My favorite statement! All too often we read an article, or listen to a professional bodybuilder or fitness model tell their view of how they became so "fit." This may sound logical but far from the truth. Never base any exercise on the way it looks or feels. When we teach improper exercises we start to use joints that are not part of the goal. We set the stage to de-emphasize the goal. Why? When more joints are moving, what's moving the joints? Muscles... What are muscles? Muscles are internal forces that are helping out, and that's important for you as an avid exerciser to understand. Your body's job is to make life easy. When it experiences a stress or strain, it's trying to dissipate it the best way it can. Remember the greater the difference between passive and active, the greater the risk involved. This is a statement I want everyone to remember: "Just because you feel it, does not mean you are working it." You could be straining not training. Exercise reality is under the skin where the joints, ligaments, and tendons experience "internal forces," that's what compromises an exercise! I am now going to start your educational experience. In all blogs forward, I am going to teach the world the truth about exercise, and why it has failed us dramatically!

In conclusion, we need to identify "The Truth" about a particular exercise. All too often we dismiss the science behind true joint function. Knowing also that there's nothing new under the sun and that many others share the same common view. The typical gym goer (whatever their view may be will ridicule or have skepticism or antagonistic behavior. Exercise stupidity is like a virus unseen. People come to realize what in their eyes/hearts/minds, is, "The Truth" about a particular exercise. They become married to it, or they say, "Well look at her or him it must work!"I am leaving you now so you can digest these simple yet astronomical hard core facts!

I am #DaveParise #ExerciseCritic. Please look for my next jagged pill to swallow, this one will lead to an open mind, a better understanding of what's real, vs, well imagined. Thank you for reading, I appreciate you! I will not disappoint you the HuffPost reader.
