"I long, as does every human being,
to be at home wherever I find myself."

-- Maya Angelou

For my friends who have been reading my "weekly" MindfulPurpose messages on HuffPost for any length of time, it is probably obvious that they have not been very "weekly" in the past four months. This is because Diane and I (and MacDoodle) have been in the process of moving our home from California to Florida. Note I said, our "home." The wonderful house in which we lived for so many years remains in California but our home came with us because, as someone once said, home is where the heart is. This being the case, we are feeling very much "at home" in Florida because we are loving the experience -- we know our hearts called us here. Now I can get back to doing what I love most; communicating with you, sharing ideas that support you in bringing the magnificence of your being to a world that needs your light more than ever.

Wherever you may find yourself this holiday season, remember that your home is not just a place or a geographical location; it is wherever your spirit, mind, and body commingle as one and take up residence in the present moment -- it's where your heart has called you be -- it's where love lives... and that is a beautiful thing. We'll talk soon!
