The Fault in Our Stars is making a splash at the box office this week, so it's no shock that the John Green novel it's based on is squarely at the top of this week's Digital Book World Ebook Best-Seller List.

It might come as a surprise, though, to discover what hasn't made the list: four Amazon Publishing titles would have earned spots within the top-25 if it weren't for a feature of the Kindle First program that gives Amazon Prime members free-download privileges to certain titles before they're released to the wider public. Digital Book World has all the details.

In other news, the average price of a best-selling ebook climbs back above the $8.00-mark, thanks in no small part to a $19.99 five-book Game of Thrones set to hit this week's list.
