If Nick Clegg, who spent his developing years outside of Brittain assembling a global perspective with which to guide the UK economy, becomes Prime Minister, it will encourage Canadians and the Liberal leader Michael Ignatief, whose global perspective on international political conflicts and human rights challenges is second to none, to elect as Canada's Prime Minsiter an international leader in bridging the great divide between rich and poor countries, and create a new harmony amoung the western powers: Obama, Clegg and Ignatief. Now that would be a 'Yes we can.' international team.
