I think Argentina is the most feminine of country names, followed by India, Jamaica, Georgia, China, and Rwanda. The country with the best boy name: you pretty much have to say Chad. There's really no competition, unless you consider Israel. Maybe, on a slow day, Benin. Sudan is, like, make up your mind. I think it would be hard to pick a president there.
