Posted: 05/24/11 03:53 PM ET

It's nice to see I'm not the only one who has some utterly kitsch crap sitting around the house.

Thank you for dusting off your souvenirs, photographing them and uploading them at CrapSouvenirs.com -- there's been lots of great submissions so please keep them coming.

If you like these, check out these 9 more worthy contenders.

Blowfish In A Sombrero

Hard to imagine anything as adorable as a blowfish (or perhaps a potato) with a custom fitted sombrero and eyes that move when shaken.

I enjoyed all of these, but I would have to say that the Confederate blanket was the weakest entry. Having found it above the Mason-Dixon line is noteworthy, but you need to come down south to see how Confederate souvenirs are really done. Then you can find all the Teddy Bears in Stars and Bars t-shirts and Rebel grey hats, "The South Will Rise Again" emblazoned on everything from g-strings to ash trays, and for the spiritually minded perhaps a painting of Jesus on the cross with Robert E. Lee and Jefferson Davis looking stoic in the background. I've seen it.

What I'm saying is this if this sad piece of Southern history is doomed to paint all its residents as conservatives reeling for the good old days (Not the author's fault, I blame the masses of those folks that live here), then I'd at least apprecaite people going to the extra mile to find something really outlandish like this piece of business http://bit.ly/mk9cnr to make it really funny.

Any souvenir we'd sell to visitors to our country would be made in China.
