I saw mostly Park Slope. Obviously they were making fun of themselves. It wasn't that funny but let the kids play. I live in Bed Stuy. It's still pretty real here, a nice mix of families and few 'hipsters', if you want to call them that.

Isn't Brooklyn mostly poor and black? I wouldn't then call this couple typical of Brooklyn.

this is no indication of a "typical" brooklyn,as brooklyn is way more diverse than this video would suggest, but rather a representation of a "hipster" brooklyn couple. like one from williamsburg or greenpoint or any of an increasingly sterile and gentrified brooklyn neighborhoods. i grew up in williamsburg, looong before it became "williamsburg." One of the previous posters hit it right on the head when they described brooklyn as becoming a "hipster disneyland" Every time i go there to visit my mother who has been there for 43 years, i am sickened by what it has become. And don't tell me all the gentrification has made it safer, because where i grew up, crime was never a major issue. Now, because of these trust fund, elitist assholes, my mothers rent is about to be doubled because of the inflated costs of real estate. thanks for nothing and please go the f**ck back to Wisconsin.

Ahhh Williamsburg hipsters sooo love being ironic.

Williamsburg is not Brooklyn. It is a recent, artificial creation of trust fund babies.

Connecticut Muffin and vinyl. Yup.

Of course, that couple will finaly have kids, and then probs move to the outer burbs, but that's a different vid.

Ummm....

I wouldn't consider them your "typical" Brooklyn couple.

Park Slope and Williamsburg are probably the least "representative of Brooklyn" neighborhoods in Brooklyn. They're more like Manhattan outposts.
